## Product

Zaprep is an Instagram and Facebook Messenger DM and comment automation platform. It uses the official Meta Graph API — no scraping, no bots — to auto-reply to comments, direct messages, and story replies, collect emails from DM conversations, and manage an inbox across connected accounts. Instagram and Messenger are live today; TikTok is in development.

### What is an Active Contact?

An **Active Contact** is a unique person your automations message in a calendar month. Messaging the same person several times in the same month counts once. Contacts you don't message that month don't count, so the size of your contact list never affects your bill.

## Referral Program

Any Zaprep user can refer others and earn **20% of every payment** their referral makes, recurring for as long as the referred user stays subscribed. No cap on referrals. Managed from Settings → Refer & Earn.

7. Follow Gate, email collection, AI replies, media kit, and branding removal are on **paid plans (Solo, Growth, Agency)**, not Free.
